Coordinate with the HR team to manage internal communication channels and engage internal audiences effectively.
Execute social media publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube according to the content calendar, ensuring timely posting, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Create basic marketing and communication materials using design tools such as Canva and AI-powered content creation tools, while adhering to company brand guidelines.
Support the planning and coordination of company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication campaigns.
Prepare and distribute welcome packs for new employees and create onboarding announcements/posts for internal and external communication channels.
Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Problem-solving mindset with high attention to operational detail.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design tools, and event coordination is a plus
