Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Manage and update business listings and social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages.
Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver marketing assets.
Schedule and publish content across marketing channels.
Assist with content creation, local SEO activities, and campaign reporting.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
0–1 years of experience in marketing, customer service, social media management, content creation, or related fields is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, or similar tools.
Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or related marketing tools is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
