Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.

  • Manage and update business listings and social media platforms.

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages.

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver marketing assets.

  • Schedule and publish content across marketing channels.

  • Assist with content creation, local SEO activities, and campaign reporting.

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.


Shift: Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)


Job Requirements

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • 0–1 years of experience in marketing, customer service, social media management, content creation, or related fields is an advantage.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, or similar tools.

  • Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or related marketing tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
