Creative Video Designer Associate/ Intern

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality AI-generated videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), websites, digital campaigns, and review platforms (Google Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp).

  • Develop effective prompts, creative concepts, and visual directions using AI video generation tools to produce engaging marketing content.

  • Generate, refine, and enhance AI-created videos by selecting the best outputs and ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Enhance AI-generated videos with captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, voiceovers, sound effects, and branding elements where required.

  • Optimize videos for multiple platforms, ensuring the correct aspect ratios, formats, loading speed, and overall viewing experience.

  • Use AI-powered creative tools to generate visuals, animations, voiceovers, subtitles, and motion assets while maintaining creative oversight and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.

  • Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats for different platforms.

  • Stay updated on video trends, platform requirements, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before publication.


Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Requirements

  • Experience using AI video generation platforms such as Google Veo, Sora, Flow, Adobe Firefly, Krea ai, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Chatgpt, Gemini ai, Envato or similar AI creative tools.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Canva Motion, or similar) is a plus.

  • Ability to edit and optimize website and social media videos for loading speed, aspect ratio, and quality.

  • Ability to write effective prompts and iterate AI-generated content to achieve high-quality creative outcomes.

  • Strong storytelling skills, pacing sense, and understanding of audience engagement.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Animation, Multimedia, or related field considered a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in social media campaigns and short-form content creation.

  • Basic knowledge of sound editing and mixing.

  • Ability to repurpose long videos into multiple shorter pieces with clear messaging.

  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and a balance of AI efficiency with hands-on editing skill.

  • Awareness of digital marketing principles — understanding how video drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
